How it Started
In 1994 Bill Garrison opened Wooden Stiles, a custom cabinet shop located in Durham, New Hampshire. For over 10 years Bill and his team of cabinet makers serviced both contractors and homeowners directly in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
In 2007 Bill transitioned from Wooden Stiles to The Cabinet Guy LLC. Taking the 10 years of experience in kitchen and bath design and in depth knowledge of all things cabinet related, Bill began providing American made, high quality product to contractors and homeowners.
Now alongside his stepson Isaac, The Cabinet Guy LLC has a singular goal to provide homeowners with their dream kitchen at an affordable price, while keeping the process smooth and transparent. With an entire team of contractors throughout the area, The Cabinet Guy LLC has your project covered from start to finish.

Do you install, or just supply the cabinetry?+
We're a design and supply firm, so we focus on creating the layout, selecting the right cabinet line, and supplying the cabinetry for your project. We then coordinate timing with your contractor so the cabinets ship directly to the jobsite when their crew is ready to install. If you do not have a contractor when we start the project we are partnered with many different contractors throughout the area that we can refer.
What does a project actually cost?+
Pricing varies by scope — kitchen vs. bath, cabinet line, materials, and install. After the consultation we send a detailed itemized quote, no mystery line items.
How long does cabinetry take to come in?+
Most lines we use deliver in 4–8 weeks once the order is placed. We track lead times and don't book installs until cabinets are confirmed in production.
